From Foundation Chairman Steve "Dave" Morach

The District Governor John Bosch kept calling me "Dave" at the meeting.   The important thing is that the District and Rotary International knows about our club and where we are located on the map.   The DG must have overheard me giving a false name to a single female (hopefully, not his daughter!).   I just hope that he doesn't think that I look as old as President Dave Lipscomb.   Love ya Dave!!    

My goal for this term would be for every member to contribute at least $100.   This is less than $10 per month and hopefully would not be a hardship for anyone.   The club has made $6,000 available to match your contributions. If, for example, every member contributed $50, with a potential $50 match from the club, you would be at the $100 contribution level.  If you can do more, even better.   This is a great way to multiply the impact of your contributions.

Contributions to our Rotary Foundation are voluntary.  Although, recognition is nice, the important thing is that we have an opportunity to make a difference in the world and Our Rotary Foundation is a great vehicle to accomplish this. 

You can make a check payable to the Rotary Foundation and give to Dawn or myself.  If you would like to set up a systematic contribution program from a checking account or with a credit card, see Steve for details.   Or you do nothing and have Steve hunt you down, your choice.
