PAUL HARRIS FELLOWSHIP AWARD

Dave Lipscomb received his sixth Paul Harris (PH+5).  This pin contains five sapphires.  Both Dave and JoAnn Lipscomb have attained this recognition level.  Their contributions have made a difference in others lives throughout the world and our District's foundation programs.
 
Donors of $1,000.00 or more to the Annual Programs Fund, Polio Plus or have that amount contributed in their name, can be recognized as Paul Harris Fellows. 
 
November is Rotary Foundation month.   Contact Foundation chairman Steve Morach about taking advantage of contribution matching programs through December 17th. 

I might also mention that on page 5 of the November edition of the District 5050 Peace Arch Journal, they recognized the White Rock Peninsula club as the first club in District 5050 to become a 100% Paul Harris club.

I sent an email to the Peach Arch Journal editor to congratulate the White Rock Peninsula club on their achievement and to correct the article by reminding them that the Stanwood/Camano Island club was the 1st in  District 5050 to achieve the 100% Paul Harris recognition.  At the Foundation dinner on November 7, Past District Governor John Bosch publicly corrected the error as well.
