Special 2007-07 Club Banner Recognition

Dear Club President:

On behalf of the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation, please accept this special 2006-2007 club banner recognition as an expression of our appreciation to all the members of your Rotary club for your generosity in support of the Annual Programs Fund.   Out of the 32,691 Rotary clubs worldwide (as of 30 June 2007), your club is distinguished as being one or more of the following:

·         One of only 1,545 (4.73%) Rotary clubs to achieve Top Three Highest in Per Capita Giving honors in your district (only clubs with a minimum US$50 per capita were eligible);
We were 3rd in District 5050 at $325 per member last term and received that banner on Wed.>

·         One of only 370 (1.13%) Rotary clubs worldwide to attain status as a 100% Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member Club (club must achieve US$100 per capita with 100% of all active members personally contributing

·         US$100 or more to the Annual Programs Fund during the Rotary Year);

·         We had 32 out of 41 members contribute $100 or more last term>

·         One of only 552 (1.69%) Rotary clubs worldwide to become an Every Rotarian, Every Year Club (to qualify, club must have a US$100 per capita with every active member making a personal contribution in some amount).

We had 39 out of 41 members contribute some amount last term.  Two new members were admitted to club, but didn't show on Club Recognition Summary, so I didn't realize that they counted toward requirement.  So, we just missed this one.>

Your contributions, represented by this special recognition, enable your Rotary Foundation to provide significant humanitarian and education programs that have a sustainable impact throughout our world.   It is your generosity and commitment that makes it possible for our Foundation to be one of the world's premier non-governmental organizations doing good in the world.  Thank you!
