RI Membership by Generation

Of the RI membership, the proportions for each of the generations are as follows:

34% of active membership born 1920-1940 (the Greatest Generaton)

50% of active membership born 1941-1960 (Baby Boomers)

11% of active membership born 1961-1980 (Generaton X)

5% of active membership born 1981-2000 (Millineum Genration)

It is obvious that more of the younger candidates are needed to provide the youth element to our organization.
