Marianna Hanefeld Presents...
Before joining SNOTRAC as the Mobility Manager, Marianna spent over 15 years as a public school educator, program coordinator and educational advocate. She has worked extensively in community development, on projects ranging from community engagement to the purchase and redevelopment of local parks and neighborhood centers. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards and advisory committees and is currently a commissioner on the Kirkland Cultural Arts Commission. Her passion is to build and sustain collaborative, imaginative solutions to big problems and make friends along the way.
Born and raised in South Snohomish County, she lives in Kirkland with her husband and the queen cat, Miss Lily. She enjoys meeting new people, grandbabies, cooking, reading and travel in the great Pacific NW.
